Yin
In Yin Yoga the benefits of a slow and meditative practice are connected with a deep work into Meridians (MTC) and Pranayama.

Hatha
Allows me to connect with myself through my body and my breath and discover everything can emerge from an Asana and Pranayama. Is designed to align and calm your mind, body and spirit.

Vinyasa
In the freedom of Vinyasa I found the opportunity to explore my practice in a more personal way, combining the dynamism of the sequences with an intimate work of observation.

Paddle Yoga
To practise on a floating surface allows us to discover how much our body and our mind are connected, how every single part of us awakes to maintain the balance.

Online courses that allow everyone to benefit from a practice from home, without losing the interaction and continuity between practitioner and teacher.

A sweeter practise to help the woman to move through the changes of pregnancy and prepare for the labour.
